Faculty Advisors
Students often have questions about language progress, course expectations, campus policies, and community expectations. To help answer these questions, ELI students are assigned a faculty advisor whom they may visit when questions arise. The advisor works with 6-10 students and meets with them as needed during the semester. Students are encouraged to direct any questions, particularly those relating to academic matters, to the faculty advisor. Students will have a midterm conference with the advisor to discuss academic progress and English skill improvement. The advisor is also available to help with any questions concerning the larger community and/or personal matters.
